  keirsey3.exe	A Meyers-Briggs type survey to determine personality "types." My experience and voluminous research shows that different M-B/Keirsey personality types  have very different concerns/questions when significant organizational changes occur, such as the introduction of Statistical Process Control.   One factor is the difficulty different personality types have in communicating non-verbally and in the way they process and internalize/integrate new information.

  More free stuff from George -- mainly cnc related.  Feel free to forward/modify.  I would appreciate a copy of any modifications to include on the site.  Note that the .mcd files are actually .zip files but were renamed with this extension to get through firewalls that stop .zip files.  After you down load the file to your computer, rename it with the .zip extension and use winzip, pkunzip, etc. to extract.

  Source code, include files, and exe files for programs that will convert an Autocad v11 or Autocad V12 [seperate programs] ADI plotter output file into G code.  This is 2D only.  Also includes a utility to convert a HPGL [*NOT* HPGL/2] file into ADI v 11 format so you can use with any program that will ouput a HPGL file.   Programs included to generate programs for Emco F1, Bridgeport BOSS, Hurco, General Numerics and Allen Bradley controller for a water jet.  Graphical back plotter for Emco F1 files included.  Allows use of TrueType fonts.  You will need to use the off-set command to generate correct tool path based on your cutter diameter.	gmcdcnc.zip gmcdcnc.mcd
  Autocad LISP files -- works with all versions of autocad I have tried and IntelliCAD 5.1.5.0.  Uses the snap command to locate start/end points of arcs, line intersections, etc. and prints the x/y location of the point.  One version puts a donut w/ leader line, the other just a leader line.  You will need to move the part in paper space so the origin of the part 0,0 is at 0,0.  All dimensions are absolute from that point.  Version for lathe that exchanges x/y values included.  All versions invoked by <cnc> at the :prompt although the files have different names.  Only the last loaded file will be active.	gmcdlisp.zip gmcdlist.mcd
  EIA to ASCII and ASCII to EIA data file converters.  Simple table look-up. Can be "hacked" to convert any 128 bit/ 1 byte character to any other 128 bit/1 byte character set. Good for Bridgeport BOSS controllers [EIA based] if you want to used ASCII editing tools. qb4.5 source, and compiled, ready to run (exe) files included.	eiascii.zip eiascii.mcd
